Beef Supply Chain Traineeship Position
The BSCT role will provide you with experience across the enterprise.
From our pastoral operation, to the feedlot and the onfarm processing facility you will gain a broad range of skills, furthering your knowledge of the beef industry from paddock to plate.

We are hiring a skilled and detailed-oriented Chiller Assessor to join our team and ensure our products meet industry and company standards.

Roles and Requirements:

Inspect and grade meat products

Ensure compliance with Aus-Meat industry and company grading standards

Operate grading equipment and tools

Identify and separate meat based on grade
